It’s as easy as giving us a call! The first thing we will do is schedule a visit to discuss your cleaning needs and to give you a no obligation quote. We will explain our wide range of services so that you may choose what work we will perform.
No, we do not require contracts although we offer them. Scrubs Cleaning Pros does require a minimum of 48 hours for any cancellations.
In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All Scrubs Cleaning Pros employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.
No. This is your preference to be home or not. When you book with Scrubs Cleaning Pros, entry into your home is discussed. You can provide us with a key, or make other arrangements.
Upon booking we like to put your pets names on your file so our cleaning pros can address them by name. Any special instructions, regarding your pets is also included in your file.
We use micro-fiber cloths to do all cleaning so there will be no chance of anything being scratched. We do not use sponges as they retain bacteria.
That is a personal preference. If you choose to book recurring, your options are weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly. You can also book on an as needed basis. When we visit with you to give you a no obligation quote we will customize your cleanings to meet your particular needs and budget.
Typically our crews are 2 to 3 cleaning pros but this could increase depending on the size of the job and the deadline.
